Return Policy
In order to return merchandize you must contact Geneva Hardware & Design, LLC to receive a Returned Goods Authorization Number (RGA#) within 3 business days of receiving your product. All returns are subject to the discretion of the Geneva Hardware & Design, LLC Staff.
The items must then be shipped to Geneva Hardware & Design, LLC within 10 business days. All items must be received in “New Condition” in order to receive a refund. Geneva Hardware & Design, LLC is not responsible for damage that may occur during shipping.
